Vintage paperweight for doctor's desk is advertising for the drug Coricidin by Schering-Plough (a decongestant safe to take for those with high blood pressure) It is a heavy metal pestle with bronze finish. 6.5" long. Some dark spots in finish, mostly at the large end so possibly it has been used for grinding. Very good condition otherwise.
