Hand blown Signed Modern Art Glass Vase Applied Spaghetti

This one of a kind modern art glass vase is handblown and signed by the artist near the base. I think it says T.P. or T.R. Long '91. Sides have applied green spagetti-like strands; snowy looking base was achieved by etching; rim has organic succulent-like forms with horizontal color thread striations and fumed golden luster on the inside. It's an amazing 15" high. Ground base with rough pontil in the center. There's some sticky stuff on the base where the original owner had a protective cork patch. It's in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Purchased from an estate sale.
