Great looking vintage Longines Wittnauer watch box is hard burgunding plastic with raised molded picture designs on the curved lid depicting what appears to be ancient Greek &/or Roman gods, goddesses, emperors, etc. The first 2 seem more medieval or heraldic: first has a shield with banner reading Marina; second has lions or dragons and a banner reading: L'Union Fait La Forge. The interior is crushed velvety type. Interior of box underneath pad is impressed: PS Co U.S. Pat. 2046133 (1936) Other Pats. Pend. Underside of box is marked: Made in USA. Original price tag remains inside the box. There is no watch... just the box. 5-3/8" x 3-1/8" x 1.5" high. Surface is very shiny. It's in extremely good condition. Purchased from an estate sale many years ago... because I love little boxes :-)

This wonderful watch with Andy Warhol's pop art icon, the Campbell's Tomato Soup Can, and signature on the face comes in the original metal tin with his signature on the lid. It has been in our collection of artistic watches since we purchased it from an estate sale 8 years ago. It was working when we bought it but the battery now needs to be replaced. It has a genuine black leather strap. It appears to have never been worn by previous owner (it was never worn by us, just displayed) and is in excellent condition. A few light scratches on the metal box.

Vintage Bulova ladies wristwatch is marked on back: Bulova 10K Rolled Gold Plate 1976232. If this is a patent number, the watch was made in 1934. The band is marked: 1/20 10KGF, which means it is also gold plated. Silver colored decorative lugs on each end of the watch face are both holding a small clear stone with 3 prongs. I don't have the testing equipment to know what they are made of. The watch stem turns with some resistance so the spring isn't broken but the watch doesn't work. Probably needs cleaning and adjustments. Purchased from an estate sale.

Here is a Swatch Club special access watch called Garden Turf. It is a Collector Club Special with special packaging. It was designed in 1996 for the for the 1997 Spring Summer Collection. An access watch has a built in microchip which can be programmed to store information. These access chips have allowed access to to winter sports centers in Europe, Olympic Games, and this Garden Turf watch gave special priveleges to Swatch Club members around the world which are listed in The Club booklet which came with the packaging. The face and back are transparent so you can see the workings and the ants inside. The band looks and feels like Astro Turf with a leather interior marked: Strap Made in France. 3 hands are all green. It is water resistant to 100 feet. The watch is in excellent, never used condition. It was new when we purchased it via mail order from an ebay auction. We have never worn the watch, just displayed it in a glass cabinet with our collection. It was working when we received it several years ago but that battery is no longer working. We are including a new battery for it but won't put it into the watch as we'd like to leave it in new, untouched, unscratched condition for the new owner. It's a really neat item!

The outer carboard slip case package has pictures of the Swatch Club garden gnome. It has some creased wrinkle lines, 2" indented dig (no color or paper missing), and 2 slightly worn corners... because the person who mailed it to us wasn't a great packer... but it still looks real good... I jsut want you to be aware of the packages deviations from mint. The inner pack is red corrugated cardboard with 2 booklets of info: Club and Access. The package measures 14" x 5".

This Swatch Watch is called "It's Coming". It is a calendar watch for 1999 to celebrate the coming millenium. Special package is a moonsphere... half a moon under a clear dome with the watch held in the top of the dome curved over the moon like a rainbow. Dome has raised word swatch in the surface. Base is color printed cardboard. Inside area is black with galaxy stars. Underside shows galaxy star view with info about how long certain segments of time on Earth compare to time on other planets, all radiating outward from the center like watch hands. The watch is a date calendar. Face has a window showing day and daily date, swirling galaxy face, moon phase numeral markers. Band shows each month of 1999 with 1999 at top and 2000 at bottom. Trivia: all of the It's Coming watches had a little mistake on the band. Instead of June 20th it's marked the 22nd. The watch is in excellent condition. It was advertised as new when we purchased it via mail order from an ebay auction. We have never worn it or removed it from the dome, just displayed it in a glass cabinet with our collection. It was working when we received it several years ago but that battery is no longer working. We are including a new battery for it but won't put it into the watch as we'd like to leave it in new unscratched condition for whoever purchases it. The dome is 4" high x 7.25" diameter at base. There are some light scratches on the transparent part which were there when we bought it. They don't distract from the great look of it... just want you to know they are there.

Vintage Elgin pendant or lapel watch is marked inside the case with a star and the following: S.W.C.Co. Gold Filled 20 Years 4691986. The inside workings are marked: 22879946 Elgin U.S.A. The outside back is monogrammed. I believe its MM. The stem winds continually without resistance, which, I believe, means that the spring is broken. It's a very nice looking watch, elegant without embellishment. Hopefully it can be fixed. It's visually in very good condition. 25s8

1940Õs vintage man’s watch was made by Benrus. Front and back of case are 10 karat gold filled. Marked on back of case: Benrus 10K G.F. It is in working order and keeping excellent time for the past 24 hours. Inside case is marked 17 jewels, Model CZ252, 656860 and 6304. There is also a hand etched number that you’ll be able to see in the photos. There is some darkening to the face which appears to be loss of plating not dirt. All else is in very good condition. The stretch band is Spiedel.

Here's an interesting item of new old stock: a hinged bakelite bracelet in a delicious yellow that's been ground and shaped to hold a watch. It's stepped down to hold the mechanism and a crystal. Even has the hole for the winding stem. We acquired a group of these from an old manufacturer. None had been fitted with the watch mechanisms. A creative person could probably find a watch to fit the opening or find a piece of clear plastic or watch crystal to cover the top and wear a loved ones photograph in the cut-out or fill the cavity with something interesting. 1-1/4" wide in front tapering to 1-1/8" wide at hinge. Hinge has oxidized on the inside from age but looks like brass and could probably be polished. I conducted both bakelite tests: mild smell under warm water & yellow with scrubbing bubbles. There's a lighter yellow oval on the inside behind the watch circle where an old inventory number tag was stuck on it and it didn't oxidize as much. There are 5 tiny short scratches right next to each other on the back edge near the hinge that are a little darker than the rest of the bracelet but not real noticeable. It is in very good condition otherwise.
