Tinted Photo Nymph Mermaid Frame Bubble Glass Victorian

Here is a tinted photograph of a Victorian family in an antique bubble glass frame. The pressed metal frame is unusual... it has nymphs or fairies or sprites, which look similar to mermaids... the upper half is nude, but instead of a tail, the lower half appears to be a flower blossom which then turns into a curling vine with tendrils, leaves, buds, etc. The photo is vertical. The frame in this position is missing the left side ornamentation. There is a foot in back (stand) in this upright position but it also allows the frame to stand with the missing part on the bottom in the horizontal position. The picture is affixed to the glass as was the custome with these curved glass frames... so if you wanted to use the frame for another photo in the horizontal position, you would have to scrape or soak the picture to get it off of the glass. Frame measures 7-1/8" high x 5" wide. Picture size is 5" x 3.25". There is wear to the gold colored finish at high spots on frame, figures, and on back tabs.
