Celluloid 2 Unusual Marble Swirl GITS Shoehorns Vintage Celluloid

Here are 2 vintage shoehorns marked GITS. The plastic is very pretty, swirled, speckled, marbled... if you're into vintage plastics, these are unusual. I've had them for about 25 years. I believe they're made of celluloid as they smelled a bit like camphor when I washed them. One is yellow with white and brown... probably made to resemble amber and/or tortoise as was often done with celluloid... making it imitate another more valuable materials. This one is in very good condition. The other is red-orange with yellow, white, and a little black. There's a bit of an indentation along one side where it appears to have melted somewhat. There are also scratches on the back. Both were originally purchased from an estate sale. 12s6
