Campbell's Soup Can AM Transistor Radio w Box Vintage

Here is a vintage figural AM transistor radio in the shape of a can of Campbell's Tomato Soup... one of Andy Warhol's pop art images... and the reason we purchased it... to display next to his signature watch with the same image which we have offered for sale in another of auctions this week. The radio looks almost new. It's real clean inside, takes a snap in 9V battery. We tested it but it does not work. We bought it from an estate sale in the original box which had a piece of gift paper glued over the top of the box with their price tag. I removed the paper to see the box in it's original condition but underneath found a one dollar price and a lot of scribbling on the top in black marker but the rest of it looks good. The radio looks great if you want it for display only or maybe you can figure out what is wrong and fix it.12s7
