Picture2 Porcelain Harlequin Doll Heads Purpl Satin Jester Hat

Here are 2 hand painted porcelain harlequin doll heads with attached purple satin jester style hats that are stuffed to give them their shape. Both heads are similar but slightly different being hand painted. 3.5" high. Width of hats is approximately 9". They are of more recent vintage. I purchased them for my head collection about 15 years ago at a flea market. They're in very good condition.

Picture30's BABY BUNTING-Childs Face Hot Water Bottle-ABCs-Box

Unusual 1930's vintage hot water bottle is called "Baby Bunting Comfort Bottle" made by the Sieberling Latex Products Company of Akron, Ohio. The front features a baby's head at the top, peering out from behind a rock wall edged with ferns, overlooking a field of ABC's and numbers and the word "Baby". The baby's head can also be seen from the back, but on this side he is watching some jungle animals: a monkey climbing a palm tree, a giraffe eating leaves, an elephant standing calmly in the middle, a zebra lurking iin the background, and a lion observing them all from atop a cliff. 10" x 4-5/8". The box isn't in very good condition... but all the information is on it and legible. Top is in better condition than the bottom which has a bit of tearing. The bottle has a white mark on the back... paint? Baby's head is curled a bit but the bottle is basically in very good condition. I've seen cats and dogs on these bottles, but have never seen this one before. It's really cute!

PictureAnomalies Paris Huge Hand Crafted Art Bug Insect Plush

This wonderful, whimsical, huge artistic bug was hand crafted in Paris... I assume that's France, not Texas... although everything is bigger in Texas :-) that probably goes for whimsical bugs too. It is hand sewn and assembled from an assortment of materials: wide whale beige corduroy britches, black felt arms legs antennae; velvet and brocade paddle feet, burlap face, etc. Still has the original hang tag which reads: Anomalies, Paris. He's about 26" long. He's in very good condition and very well behaved... sits very quietly just about anywhere you put him... chair, bed, floor... and he's very fond of large bowls.

PictureChildrens Toy Dolls Tea Set Antique Pottery Germany 10p

Wonderful moderne style vintage tea set for children and doll tea parties is porcelain with a blue glossy glaze with studio pottery type variations. Sets with this grouping of pieces, on trays of this configuration, are pictured in my book of antique Children's Dishes by the Whitmayers. They are called Cabaret Sets and all were made in Germany. None of these pieces have any markings except possibly one saucer. It has a darker blue V-like shape that's not recognizable and it may just be an odd variation in the blue glaze. The set consists of 10 pieces: teapot with lid, creamer and sugar bowl with lid, 2 cups each with a saucer, all sitting on a 5 lobed flower-like tray. The tray measures about 8" across and the teapot is 3" high to give you an idea of the size of it. Excellent condition. Purchased from an estate sale.

PictureIdeal 16" TONI DOLL P-91 Hard Plastic-Sleep Eyes-1950's

Early 1950's hard plastic TONI DOLL is 16" tall and is marked on back of neck: IDEAL P-91. She was mine when I was a kid. She was played with by my younger siblings after I lost interest in dolls and has been sleeping in a drawer of my Mother's china closet since about 1962. Her platinum blonde wig is original although I did cut it in the front to give her bangs like my sister's. (If it wasn't a Toni doll... made for giving permanents and hair styling... no kid in their right mind... in those days... would have thought about cutting their dolls hair... although I cut my sister's hair too and my Mother was not pleased! I did the same uneven job on both of them :-) Her eyebrows are worn. She no longer has the original plaid dress she came with, but an outfit my Mother made for her (long dress and bonnet) which has browned with age. I haven't tried to wash it. She still has red and white striped socks, one plastic shoe (I think her originals were cloth), and a pair of undies with an N on it?? I don't remember those. Her blue sleep eyes are in good condition as is her face and fingers. Interior rubber bands must be stretching as her limbs seem to be a bit loose... not hanging out of sockets, but they move very easily. There are gray marks around tops of legs and on neck which appears to be paint wear from the rubbing movement. There is also damage to the finish on her back where someone left a strip of tape and never removed the adhesive. She needs someone who will love her and give her a good home and some pretty new clothes.

PictureTea Set Porcelain 1940's Vintage Dolls Tea Set Japanese Lustre

This cute miniature tea set is Japanese lustreware circa 1940's. The tiny size was probably for doll tea parties. The teapot is the tallest piece at 1-7/8" high. The set is not complete. There are 9 pieces: teapot w lid, creamer, 4 cups and 3 saucers. Two of the saucers have chips, on a tiny dot sized flake, the other a flat shallow chip 1/4" long x 1/8" wide. There is wear to the gold banding in some spots. There is a tiny spot under the teapot spout that was chipped in the manufacturing and glazed over so it is smooth and shiny. Purchased from an estate sale.

PictureTroll Goblin Dwarf Suede Doll Fur Beard Fantasy Norway

Here's a wonderful little creature we found at an estate sale so don't know his lineage as he is unmarked, but he looks like a troll, goblin, or other fantastical Scandinavian forest creature. He's 3.5" high, wearing woven clothing with blue suede shoes on his big feet, blue suede belt with big buckle, and blue suede floppy pointed hat. (Maybe he's Elvis, the blue suede troll!!) Even his face (the portion that shows) is suede with a very large suede nose. His beard is very soft black fur. He's in extremely good condition. A swell little guy. Any info you know about him and might like to share would be greatly appreciated.
